Peanut Butter Pumpkin Soup Recipe

  1. Heat butter in a soup pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir in pie filling, sweet potatoes and peanut butter.
  3. Add in broth, pepper and salt.
  4. Stir well till smooth.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min.
  6. To serve, garnish with chives and lowfat sour cream.
