Apple Glaze Pie

  1. Mix cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar, milk and vanilla until well blended.
  2. Spread onto bottom of crust.
  3. Heat water, 1/2 cup sugar and candy on low heat; stir until candy is melted.
  4. Add apples; continue cooking 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
  5. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.
  6. Mix reserved 1/2 cup liquid, juice and cornstarch in saucepan.
  7. Stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat.
  8. Boil 1 minute.
  9. Arrange apples over cream cheese mixture; cover with glaze.
  10. Refrigerate.
