Aioli (Garlic Mayonaise) Recipe

  1. Mix yolks, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper in a food processor.
  2. Blend for 3 min.
  3. Dribble oil in till it begins to thicken and incorporate; add in the rest of the oil.
  4. Add seasonings to taste.
  5. Finish with boiling water and chill immediately.
