Belluli (Garlic) Chutney Recipe
- 1/4 c. Fresh coconut grated
- 1 whl pod garlic, peeled and cleaned
- 10 whl red chillies
- 3 x Strips tamarind wetted and minced Salt to taste
- Stone grind all ingredients together.
- Or possibly use a small electric grinder.
- Use as little water as possible while grinding.
- Chill, and use as required after diluting a bit.
- Making time: 30 min
- Makes: 1/2 c. chutney
- Shelflife: 2 weeks
