Meat And Pasta Bake Recipe
- 4 ounce. small shell or possibly elbow pasta
- 1 pound grnd meat
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon thyme, marjoram, or possibly savory
- 10 ounce. frzn mixed vegetables
- 1/4 c. crushed crackers
- Cook pasta, set aside.
- Cook meat and onion till brown.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in soup, cheese, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, Worcestershire sauce, and herb.
- Stir in vegetables and pasta.
- Put mix in a 2 qt casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with crackers.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min, covered.
- Uncover and cook for 5 - 10 min more.
