Stir-fried Chicken with Hot Basil (Pad Krapow Gai)
- 1 lb. chopped chicken
- 3/8 oz. hot (holy) basil leaves
- 3 hot chilies, chopped
- 7 oz. string beans, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. black sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Add cooking oil to the wok and heat.
- Add garlic, chilies, fish sauce and water; cook for 1 minute.
- Add string beans, soy sauce and basil; stir and cook until basil is slightly wilted.
