Caramel Apple Corn
- 1 bag (14 Oz. Size) Kraft Caramels
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 2 cups Dried Apples, Chopped Or Seneca Apple Chips, Broken Into Small Pieces
- 8 cups Popped Popcorn
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Melt caramels, butter, water and nutmeg over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- In a large bowl, combine apple and popcorn.
- Slowly drizzle caramel mixture over popcorn while tossing.
- Take coated popcorn, spread on greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Toss 10 minutes into baking.
- Remove popcorn from pans and cool on parchment paper.
- When cool enough to handle, break apart large pieces and stor in an airtight container.
