Lemon Chicken and Asparagus Farfalle
- 1 cup cut, fresh asparagus
- 1 pkg. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
- 6 oz. of uncooked Veggie farfalle (bow-tie pasta)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- BOIL pasta according to directions.
- Drain, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and set aside.
- ADD butter and remaining olive oil, garlic, and asparagus in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Saute until asparagus turns bright green and is tender (al dente) stirring occasionally to ensure it doesnt burn.
- Add OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast strips, lemon juice, and lemon zest until completely heated.
- TOSS chicken and asparagus with pasta, salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with KRAFT Grated Parmesan cheese.
