Mom & Emme's 3 Bean Cassorole
- 1/2 lb to 1 pound Ground Beef, Chicken or Turkey
- 1/2 lb Bacon
- 1 large can (3 pounds) Pork & Beans
- 1 lb can Butter Lima Beans, drained
- 1 lb can Kidney Beans, drained
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed firmly
- 1 tbsp Liqued Smoke
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- Brown meat, drain greese
- cook bacon, drain greese
- break bacon into pieces
- throw all ingredience into Crockpot for 4-6 hrs
- better the second day
