Ginger Sesame Salmon

  1. Step 1: PREHEAT oven to 450F or grill to medium-high.
  2. Step 2: CENTER carrots on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food.
  3. Top with salmon.
  4. Rub salmon with ginger; drizzle with vinegar and oil.
  5. Step 3: BRING up foil sides.
  6. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  7. Repeat to make two packets.
  8. Step 4: BAKE 18 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven OR
  9. Step 5: GRILL 14 to 16 minutes in covered grill.
  10. Serve salmon and carrots on a bed of spinach.
  11. Sprinkle with additional seasoned rice vinegar, if desired.
