Zucchini Fries

  1. In medium size mixing bowl, combine flour & seasonings.
  2. Then add egg, milk, & oil.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Cut zucchini in half.
  5. Then slice into 8 wedges to make fries.
  6. I made mine longer, but you could cut them in half & make them shorter if you wish.
  7. Dip each one into flour mixture drain off excess.
  8. Roll in chex crumbs to coat all sides.
  9. Crush more chex if necessary.
  10. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  11. Bake in a 425F oven for 20 minutes & serve.
