Summer Fruit Compote

  1. Hull and slice: 1 cup (1/2 pint) strawberries.
  2. Add: 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup blackberries, 1/2 cup raspberries.
  3. Add, to taste: Juice of 1 lemon, 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar.
  4. Mix together gently.
  5. Cover and let the fruit soak together for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
