Villa Flores

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the jalapeno.
  2. Add the tequila and egg white; shake well.
  3. Add ice and the juice, Agave nectar and flower water; shake again.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe; garnish with the pepper.
