Hot Fudge Pie
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 cup white sugar
- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Mix all filling ingredients except eggs; until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and mix well.
- Pour into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
- Center may still be jiggly, but will set as it cools.
- Great with ice cream or whipped cream.
