Bacon Mushroom Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Pour melted butter in 9x13 pan.
  3. Add chicken, skin side down; sprinkle with salt and garlic.
  4. Turn chicken over and repeat.
  5. Lay bacon on top and sprinkle on mushrooms.
  6. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes.
  7. Remove to a platter and use juices with cream or thickener to make gravy.
  8. Pour over chicken and serve.
