Crockpot Mississippi Pot Roast
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 package (1 Oz. Size) Au Jus Mix
- 1 package (0.7 Oz. Size) Italian Dressing Mix
- 3 pounds Pot Roast
- 6 whole Pepperoncini Peppers (from A Jar)
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat then mix in the au jus and dressing mix.
- Add this into the crockpot with the pepperoncini peppers and roast (no need to salt the pot roast prior).
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Pull meat apart with two forks and serve with potatoes or in a sandwich.
