Simple Cream Simmered with Spinach as the Main Ingredient
- 1 thigh Chicken thigh
- 1 packages Spinach
- 1 Onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp White flour
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Soup stock granules
- 1 clove Garlic
- In a frying pan with a little bit of oil, saute the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Then add the chicken, having been cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Once the chicken has changed color, add thinly sliced onion and fry.
- Once the onions have wilted, add flour and fry some more.
- Then pour in the milk.
- Add a bit of the soup stock and salt and pepper while tasting to adjust the flavor.
- Chop and add the spinach, mix everything together, and it's complete.
