Mustard BBQ Chicken

  1. In a large bowl, mix the marinade ingredients.
  2. In a large ziploc bag, add chicken and pour in marinade.
  3. Seal and refrigerate for 1 hour minimum.
  4. Heat your grill to medium.
  5. For the sauce, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
  6. Cook over medium heat, stirring until butter is melted and ingredients are blended.
  7. Add chicken to the grill, discarding marinade.
  8. Brush with the sauce.
  9. Cook for 7-8 minutes and turn, brushing again with sauce.
  10. Repeat every 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  11. Make sure that sauce is slatheredit truly makes the dish!
  12. This works great for a big party.
  13. Just get big batches of legs, breasts and thighs, make 2 batches of marinade and sauce and serve up to a hungry crowd!
