Pickled Knackwurst Or Eggs Recipe

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan; boil and simmer for 10 min.
  2. Cold.
  3. Slice Knackwurst and onion; put in layers in 2-qt jar and pour marinade over.
  4. Chill 3 days.
  5. Will keep for several weeks.
  6. If you use Large eggs, hard boil first and when cold, peel and layer the same as above.
