Striped Delight

  1. Place cookies in food processor.
  2. Process to make fine crumbs and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Press firmly into a 9x13 pan.
  4. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 tablespoons cold milk until blended.
  6. Stir in 1 1/4 cups of the cool whip.
  7. Spread over crust.
  8. Pour 3 1/4 cups milk into a large bowl.
  9. Add dry pudding.
  10. Beat until blended.
  11. Spoon evenly over cream cheese layer.
  12. Let stand 5 minutes.
  13. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
  14. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
