Caipi-Wine Pinga

  1. Cut a thin slice off top and bottom of lime.
  2. Quarter lime and cut out pithy white core.
  3. Place lime quarters in a cocktail shaker, add sugar and mash with a muddler.
  4. Add 4 ice cubes and stir.
  5. Add wine and cachaca, shake and pour into an old-fashioned glass.
