Spinach and Grapefruit Salad

• 2 cups fresh Baby Spinach
• 1 grapefruit
• 4 tablespoons feta cheese
• 2 tablespoons olive oil (for dressing)

1. put the spinach on a plate.
2. peel and section the grapefruit, you can cut the sections into smaller pieces if you want.
3. sprinkle feta over the spinach and grapefruit.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the salad.
