Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
- 1 boiled & boned chicken
- 1/2 - 3/4 pkg. spaghetti, cooked in chicken stock
- 12-14 ounce. grated cheese (cheddar mostly)
- 1 med. onion
- 1 med. bell pepper
- 1 sm. can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 c. chicken stock (left over)
- Saute/fry together the onion, pepper and mushrooms.
- Heat together the mushroom soup, tomatoes and chicken stock.
- Mix all of above in large rectangular baking dish.
- Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
