Spicy Shrimp and Chicken Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 whole Cooked Chicken Breasts, Thinly Sliced
- 20 whole Grilled Shrimp (take The Tails Off And Cut Up)
- 1/2 cups Green Onions
- Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1 jar Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Cut Up
- 1/2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Garlic Salt
- Half-and-Half
- Romano Sauce (previously Prepared, See Below)
- 1 box Penne Pasta, Cooked And Drained
- To prepare the spicy chicken and shrimp:
- Combine butter, chicken, shrimp, onions, sun dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, salt, pepper and garlic salt to a hot pan.
- Saute for 2 to 3 minutes to ensure shrimp are fully cooked.
- Add half n half and Romano sauce to saute pan and allow to thicken.
- Once sauce begins to boil, add cooked Penne Pasta.
- Toss, garnish with extra Parmesan and Romano Cheese and serve with Garlic Bread.
- Romano Sauce: 1/2 pt.
- heavy cream 1/2 pt.
- half n half 4 T. Butter 1 T. salt 1 T. pepper 1/2 C. Romano Cheese 1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese 1 tsp.
- Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
- To prepare the spicy Romano sauce: Melt butter in a hot saute pan.
- Add cream, salt and pepper and heat to a boil.
- Add both cheeses and cayenne pepper to sauce.
