Banana Blueberry Pudding Pie
- vanilla wafers (about 34)
- 2 medium bananas, sliced and dipped in ReaLemon juice from concentrate and well drained
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla flavor pudding mix
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) Borden whipping cream, whipped
- Line pie plate with vanilla wafers; top with bananas and blueberries in large mixer bowl.
- Beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- On low speed, beat in water and pudding mix until smooth.
- Chill 10 minutes.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into prepared pie plate. Chill.
- Garnish as desired.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
