Chile Spiced Edamame
- 1 (16 ounce) packagefrozen unshelled edamame (I use Trader Joe's)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
- 14 teaspoon ground pepper
- 18 teaspoon cayenne
- Cook edamame according to package directions and then drain.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat.
- Add edamame, salt, chipotle chile powder, pepper, and cayenne.
- Cook about 1 minute, stirring frequently.
- Serve at once.
