Alpine Manhattan

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
• 1 ounces Pine Syrup
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Orange twist, for garnish

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the bourbon, pine syrup and bitters and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the orange twist.
