Tempting Tuna Cakes
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans tuna
- 3 eggs
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 14 cup green onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 12 cup breadcrumbs
- lemon wedge
- 13 cup oil (for frying)
- Drain tuna.
- Flake tuna and combine with the eggs, garlic, parsley, cheese, and onion.
- Mix well.
- Form mixture into 6 equal patties.
- Coat patties with bread crumbs.
- Saute in hot oil until golden.
- Gently turn and cook other side until golden.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
