Tempting Tuna Cakes

  1. Drain tuna.
  2. Flake tuna and combine with the eggs, garlic, parsley, cheese, and onion.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Form mixture into 6 equal patties.
  5. Coat patties with bread crumbs.
  6. Saute in hot oil until golden.
  7. Gently turn and cook other side until golden.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges.
