Creamy Pesto Fish
- 1 lb. (450 g) frozen haddock fillets (Do not thaw.)
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 2 Tbsp. CLASSICO Basil Pesto di Genova
- 1 tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 450F.
- Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Mix Miracle Whip and pesto; spread onto fish.
- Top with tomatoes.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
