Greasy Chicken Noodles
- 4 Tablespoons Canola, Vegetable, Or Whatever Oil You Prefer To Fry In
- 2 cups White Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 whole Cut Up Fryer Chicken
- 1 bunch Green Onions
- 5 cubes Chicken Bouillon
- 1 bag Very Thin Egg Noodles
- Water (as Needed)
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- 3.
- Mix flour and seasoned salt in a shallow dish.
- 4.
- Cover chicken pieces in flour mixture.
- 5.
- Place chicken in hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
- 6.
- Transfer chicken to baking pan and place in heated oven.
- 7.
- Cook chicken for about 45 minutes.
- 8.
- In skillet with leftover oil, add the green onions and 5 bouillon cubes.
- 9.
- Add thin egg noodles.
- Cover the noodles in water and stir t0 soften.
- 10.
- Remove chicken from oven and serve with the greasy noodles.
