Peppermint Fiango Recipe
- 1 c. butter (or possibly butter)
- 2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
- 4 sq. (4 ounce.) unsweetened chocolate
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
- 1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- Cream softened butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Add in melted chocolate gradually.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after reach addition.
- Add in vanilla and peppermint flavoring.
- Sprinkle 1/2 the crumbs in 24 small cupcake liners.
- Add in filling; top with remaining crumbs.
- Freeze till hard.
- Serve frzn.
- Can also be made in 8 inch cake pan or possibly 8x8 square pan.
