Easy, Cheesy, I'm in a Hurry Casserole #SP5

• 1 (16 ounce) package Polish kielbasa, sliced into thin circles
• 1 (8 ounce) package extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 2 cups milk
• 1 (28 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes, ANY VARIETY
• 6 hardboiled egg (optional)

1. Grease a 9x12 glass or metal pan.
2. Place potatoes in bottom.
3. Next is the sliced Polish Sausage evenly sprinkled over potatoes.
4. Then slice up hard boiled eggs and distribute.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
6. Top with grated cheddar cheese and pour milk over whole casserole.
7. Place in a 375 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes -- or until bubbly.
