Jenn's Crab Cakes

  1. Mix together all dry ingredients, ensuring evenly mixed.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, mix, then add egg and mix thoroughly.
  3. Preheat olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over sightly higher than medium heat.
  4. Divide mixture evenly into 4 large or 6 small patties.
  5. Place patties in a single layer in preheated skillet.
  6. Sear for 3 minutes, then carefully flip so they don't fall apart.
  7. Sear an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve.
