Think Green Guacamole

  1. Coarsely mash avocados.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve with colorful chips or vegetables.
  4. Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible.
  5. Store in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed against the surface of the guacamole to keep from discoloring.
