Sicilian Steak

  1. Marinate steaks in a mixture of vinegar, oil, oregano, basil and garlic for about 1/2 hour or a bit more.
  2. Turn occasionally.
  3. Combine cheese and bread crumbs.
  4. Dip steaks in this mixture.
  5. Coat both sides well.
  6. Broil to desired doneness.
  7. Can be prepared in advance and refrigerated until it is time to broil.
