Tuna Louis Recipe
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/3 c. chili sauce or possibly catsup
- 1/4 c. pimiento-stuffed olives
- 1 tbsp. instant chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. capers (optional)
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 (7 ounce.) cans tuna, chilled
- Combine first 7 ingredients for dressing, chill.
- To serve, shred lettuce and pile into salad bowl; add in tuna.
- Spoon dressing over salad and toss well before serving.
- 4 servings.
