Beef Teriyaki With Rice Pilaf Recipe

• 1 London broil
• 1/4 c. water
• Black pepper
• Sugar
• 1/4 c. soy sauce
• Garlic pwdr
• Ginger pwdr

1. Sprinkle London broil with above seasonings and sugar.
2. Broil about 10 to 15 min on each side.
3. Add in more water if too thick as cooked.
4. Remove when rare, slice thinly and return to juice and broil 1 more minute.
5. Serve with rice pilaf.
