Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 3 slices Bacon, Chopped
- 13 cups Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Barbeque Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 whole Egg White
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (8-count Size)
- 8 cubes Velveeta Cheese (size To Fit Inside Of Biscuits; Number Depends On Number Of Biscuits In Your Can)

- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- 2.
- In a large skillet, cook onion on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef, increase heat to medium and cook until browned.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a separate pan over medium heat.
- Once crispy, remove from heat and let bacon cool on a paper towel.
- Add bacon into the beef mixture.
- Drain any excess grease in the beef pan.

- Add cream cheese, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Once cool, stir in egg white.
- 4.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate them.
- Roll each biscuit out into a thin, larger circle.
- Place 2 tablespoons beef mixture on each biscuit and add 1 square of cheese.
- Wrap the biscuit around the beef/cheese and tightly seal the edges.

- Place biscuits on a foil lined baking pan seam side down.
- Put them in the oven and turn down the heat to 350 F. Bake for 13-16 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 6.
- Serve warm!
