Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

  2. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  4. In a large skillet, cook onion on low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Add ground beef, increase heat to medium and cook until browned.
  6. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a separate pan over medium heat.
  7. Once crispy, remove from heat and let bacon cool on a paper towel.
  8. Add bacon into the beef mixture.
  9. Drain any excess grease in the beef pan.

  11. Add cream cheese, ketchup, barbecue sauce, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  12. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
  13. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  14. Once cool, stir in egg white.

  16. Open the can of biscuits and separate them.
  17. Roll each biscuit out into a thin, larger circle.
  18. Place 2 tablespoons beef mixture on each biscuit and add 1 square of cheese.
  19. Wrap the biscuit around the beef/cheese and tightly seal the edges.

  21. Place biscuits on a foil lined baking pan seam side down.
  22. Put them in the oven and turn down the heat to 350 F. Bake for 13-16 minutes or until lightly browned.

  24. Serve warm!
