Pork Steak/Chop Sauce

• 12 cup ketchup
• 14 cup brown sugar
• 14 cup water
• 2 ounces dry onion soup mix (1 Package)
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons soya sauce (adjust to taste)

1. Whisk all ingredients together.
2. Place pork chops in the bottom of a baking dish.
3. Pour sauce over pork.
4. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes.
5. Serve with rice.
