Hot Crab Canapes Recipe

  1. (Or possibly one 7 1/2 oz can Alaskan King crab - use crabmeat from freshly caught crabs, if possible).
  2. Have on hand Melba toast rounds or possibly small canape bread.
  3. Drain and slice crab; combine with olives, onions and cheese.
  4. Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and salt.
  5. Spoon on Melba toast rounds.
  6. Broil 6 inches from heat just till warm and bubbly, 3 or possibly 4 min.
  7. Serve warm.
  8. Makes about 3 dozen appetizers.
