Sausage and Bean Soup

  1. Heat oil in heavy large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage and onion; Saute until onion is tender, about 6 minutes.
  3. Add broth and kale; bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
  5. Add beans and wine.
  6. Cook until kale is tender, about 10 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
