Lemon Herb Bay Scallops

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. rinse off scallops and make sure they are completely thawed.
  3. Place scallops in 9x9 glass baking dish.
  4. combine McCormicks Lemon Herb sauce, wine, shallots and half melted butter.
  5. Pour over scallops and toss to coat.
  6. evenly spread crushed Ritz crackers over the top of the scallops and drizzel with remaining butter on top.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes DO NOT OVERCOOK!
  8. You can also broil top of dish for three to four mins at end of cook time if you prefere toasted cracker appearance.
