Chinese 5-Spice and Sesame Salmon

  1. Mix dressing, 5-spice powder, garlic and ginger.
  2. Pour over fish in non-reactive pan; turn fish over to coat both sides of each fillet.
  3. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours to marinate.
  4. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Grill fish on medium-high heat 4 to 6 min.
  6. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Serve each fillet sprinkled with 1/4 tsp.
  8. (1 mL) sesame seed.
