Birdy French Toast *This is meant for caged birds.*

• 1 slice whole wheat bread
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp milk
• 1/4 cup millet seeds
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

1. Beat egg and milk together.
2. Dip bread in egg mixture, then sprinkle with millet.
3. Fry in vegetable oil in an iron skillet.
4. Serve when cooled.
5. **NOTE: Nonstick pan coating at high temperatures are toxic to birds and can KILL them.
6. That's why cooking with an iron skillet is best when cooking on your stove top.
