Grilled Roasted Pepper Ham & Cheese Sandwiches

  1. Spread butter on bread.
  2. Divide ham, peppers and cheese between 2 slices bread.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
  4. Place sandwiches, buttered sides down, in skillet.
  5. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
