Speedy Tuna Noodle Skillet

  1. Use a strainer to rinse and drain noodles well.
  2. Dry as thoroughly as possible, using paper towels.
  3. Cut noodles up a bit with kitchen shears (if you've got 'em), and set aside.
  4. Add soup to a skillet and bring to medium heat on the stove.
  5. Add noodles and toss to coat.
  6. Stir in tuna and season with spices, to taste.
  7. Cook and stir until hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. If you like, garnish with scallions.
  9. Serve it up!
