sweet onion sauce

• 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
• 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp cornstarch 2 tablespoon of cold water mix together
• 1 cup syrup 1/3cup water 2/3cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp good quality sesame oil

1. mix all ingredients in a pot bring to boil add cornstarch solution let thicken cool

onions, rice vinegar, chinese black vinegar, garlic, salt, white vinegar, lemon juice, cornstarch, syrup, sesame oil
