Tomato Beef Barley Soup

  1. Cut meat into 1/2 inch cubes, removing any fat
  2. Chop Celery
  3. Add 16 Cups of water to Soup Pot
  4. Bring water to a slow simmer , adding meat , celery and soup bones
  5. Allow to slow simmer for 2-3 hours
  6. Cook Noodles and Barley separately, drain , rinse and add to soup
