Tomato Beef Barley Soup
- 1 can 18 oz. Tomato Paste
- 1 can 12 oz. Tomto Paste
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 2 lb Lean Rump Roast
- 1/4 cup Alphabet Noodles
- 1 cup Elbow Noodles
- 1 cup Quick Barley
- 2 medium Beef Soup Bones with marrow
- Cut meat into 1/2 inch cubes, removing any fat
- Chop Celery
- Add 16 Cups of water to Soup Pot
- Bring water to a slow simmer , adding meat , celery and soup bones
- Allow to slow simmer for 2-3 hours
- Cook Noodles and Barley separately, drain , rinse and add to soup
