Pork Chop & Potato Hot Pot Recipe
- 4 pork chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 4 med. potatoes, sliced
- 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wipe chops with damp paper towels.
- With edge of saucer lb.
- chops on each side.
- Trim extra fat.
- Brown chops on both sides, salt and pepper; drain well.
- Place in 2 qt casserole.
- Arrange potatoes and onion slices over top.
- Pour cheese soup over all.
- Bake covered 1 hour.
