Banana Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar, add in beaten egg, sift flower, baking pwdr and salt, ad gradually with lowfat milk to butter mix.
  2. Mix in mashed banana.
  3. Heat butter and sprinkle brown sugar through it on bottom of pan, 8 inches square or possibly small angel food pan.
  4. Add in well trained crushed pineapple and minced nuts.
  5. Pour batter over this mix and bake in pre-heated oven of350 degrees for 20-30 min.
