Banana Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe
- 3/8 c. Butter
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Flower
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 x Mashed banana
- 1 c. Crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
- 1/3 c. Butter
- 2/3 c. Brown sugar
- Cream butter and sugar, add in beaten egg, sift flower, baking pwdr and salt, ad gradually with lowfat milk to butter mix.
- Mix in mashed banana.
- Heat butter and sprinkle brown sugar through it on bottom of pan, 8 inches square or possibly small angel food pan.
- Add in well trained crushed pineapple and minced nuts.
- Pour batter over this mix and bake in pre-heated oven of350 degrees for 20-30 min.
